Here at Napier Digital, we’re a team of experts – part of a bigger agency group that works with technology clients of varying sizes. Individually we’ve worked with B2B and B2C businesses in various industries, capacities and countries so we decided to pool our knowledge and start this digital marketing agency by pulling together our collective experience in order to reach businesses that require marketing help. We have access to the latest digital marketing technologies at affordable prices. And guess what? We work on a ‘payment by results’ basis so you don’t pay us if we don’t deliver!

How this works

Your business needs are unique so we’ll work with you using the following steps to create a tailored approach:

LEM logo

Objective: LEM wanted to target Engineers to raise awareness of recent product launches and capture contact details through a lead generation program.

Activities: We secured a segmented and highly focussed 3rd-party list, created compelling copy to deliver LEM’s message and built an optimised landing page with Unbounce to host the content offer. We also ensured the leads were delivered to the sales team.

Results: LEM was very impressed by the volume and quality of leads and have engaged Napier’s team to run several similar campaigns.

24-7 logo

Objective: To help [24]7 raise the profile of their Head of Sales EMEA.

Activities: Napier’s team helped the Head of Sales author engaging blog posts that were published on LinkedIn and the [24]7 website. The posts covered a broad range of customer service and customer experience topics, ranging from industry topics such as predictive analytics and mobile customer experience to analysis of research conducted by the company and even a post about his local cheese shop.

Results:The blog posts have built Nick’s personality and reputation amongst customers and created an audience of around 2000 followers in this niche market. He has even received enquiries from potential customers that were driven by his posts.

Crowcon Logo

Objective: Crowcon approached our team prior to Offshore Europe exhibition 2013, in order to help with a lead generation campaign.

Activities: We set up an email campaign and sent it to their database, with the intention to drive people to the show. Additional to this, we designed flyers to be handed out at the event to increase further interest. We came up with the concept of ‘The Seven Deadly Sins of Gas Detection’ theme which was incorporated into the email invitation, show flyer and across the website landing page.

Results: The campaign helped Crowcon to achieve over excellent quality 70 leads.

prqa logo

Objective: Increasing engagement with PRQA’s existing database of customers & prospects, further generating new leads.

Activities: We were responsible for managing both their email newsletters & general email campaigns.

Results: Campaigns achieved an average open rate of 18%  and a click to open rate of over 12%, both above industry average.

Chichester Forest Schools

Chichester Forest Schools

Objective: Building the brand and creating online presence.

Activities: We had the responsibility of creating a simple website and social media pages in order to encourage engagement and promote the school.

Results: Since building the online presence the business has been booming and the Facebook page tends to attract most attention.
